Fee Information


**Please note that we do not accept insurance at this time*  However, we can provide a detailed receipt, called a “superbill” which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please consult with your insurance company for any questions prior to your visit.

Credit Card is the accepted form of payment. We require a card to be kept on file, and it will be run prior to your appointment.  Payment for new patient appointments will be gathered at the time of scheduling to guarantee the appointment.

 Self-pay rates are listed below.   

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation/Intake:   $300

Length of appointment: ~45-60  minutes

Description: This is your first appointment with our provider. During this appointment, information will be gathered about the nature and history of your symptoms as well as information about any past psychiatric treatment. A diagnosis will be determined and we will develop a treatment plan.  Medications can be prescribed at this first appointment if determined to be appropriate. If you are able to, please provide a copy of your most recent lab work and blood pressure, as lab costs are not included.  *Please note that all New Patients should be seen in person for their initial intake  appointment* 

Medication Management Follow Up:  $150

Length of Appointment: 15-20 minutes

Description: Once your symptoms have been adequately managed and treated with medication management, care will continue to be provided through medication checks to ensure ongoing mental wellness.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fee:  $100

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, please be aware that you will be charged a standard fee for the missed appointment.  You must cancel/reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, as I am able to contact others on my list to fill the spot.  This fee is not covered by your insurance.
